Acceptance

By installing, activating, or using Synapse Content Radar (the "Plugin"),
you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install
or use the Plugin. These Terms apply to both the free and paid versions
of the Plugin and to all visitors of synapse.teddyx7.shop/ (the "Site").

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and, where applicable,
payment of applicable fees, TDX7 grants you a limited, non-exclusive,
non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Plugin on the
number of WordPress sites permitted by your active plan.

This license does not include the right to:

  • Copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, or sell copies of
    the Plugin except as expressly permitted under the applicable
    open-source license for any GPL-licensed components
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary components of the
    Plugin beyond what is permitted by applicable law
  • Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices, branding, or
    attribution within the Plugin (unless you hold an Agency plan with
    white-label rights)
  • Use the Plugin to build a competing product or service

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to Synapse Content Radar —
including but not limited to the plugin architecture, proprietary code,
design, branding, documentation, marketing materials, and the TDX7 name
and logo — are and remain the exclusive property of TDX7.

The name Synapse Content Radar, the TDX7 brand, and associated marks may
not be used in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or
sponsorship without prior written consent from TDX7.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
Your license to use the Plugin is not a sale.

Your API Key and Third-Party Services

You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining your own API key
from your chosen AI provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google). You are
responsible for all usage, costs, and compliance obligations associated
with your API key and your use of third-party AI services.

You are also solely responsible for confirming you have the right to
crawl and process any competitor sitemap URL or news-source feed you
configure, under that source’s own terms of service.

TDX7 is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or output of any
third-party AI provider, or for any costs incurred through your use of
those services.

Pricing and Billing

The Plugin is licensed at $35.99 per site per month, billed on a
recurring monthly basis through Freemius. New licenses include a 7-day
free trial; a valid payment method is required to start the trial, and
your card will be charged automatically when the trial ends unless you
cancel first. Each site you run the Plugin on requires its own separate
license and is billed independently at the same rate.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of
your current billing period (or, if you cancel during the trial, before
any charge occurs). You will retain access through the date your
current period ends.

Refunds. TDX7 offers a 30-day refund policy from the date of your
first paid charge. To request a refund, contact support@teddyx7.shop
within 30 days. Refunds are not available after 30 days or for renewal
charges after your first billing period.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Plugin to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Crawl or process a competitor sitemap or news feed you do not have the
    right to access under the source site’s own terms of service
  • Generate content that infringes the intellectual property or violates
    the rights of any third party
  • Circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Plugin or any connected services

TDX7 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your license without
notice if you breach these Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Plugin is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of
any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to
implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose,
or non-infringement. TDX7 does not warrant that the Plugin will be
error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all WordPress
configurations, themes, or plugins. AI-generated opportunity
recommendations and drafts are produced by third-party providers, and
TDX7 makes no representation regarding their accuracy, completeness, or
suitability for publication. You are responsible for fact-checking,
sourcing, and editing any draft before publishing it.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TDX7 shall not be
liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive
damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Plugin,
including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business, or
goodwill. TDX7’s total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising
from or related to the Plugin shall not exceed the greater of (a) the
amount you paid to TDX7 in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b)
fifty US dollars (US $50).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TDX7 and its
affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses,
and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in
connection with your use of the Plugin, your violation of these Terms,
or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United
States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes
arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts
located in New York.

Changes to These Terms

TDX7 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will
provide reasonable notice of material changes by updating the date at
the top of this page. Your continued use of the Plugin following any
update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire
agreement between you and TDX7 with respect to the Plugin and supersede
all prior or contemporaneous communications regarding the same subject
matter.
