Who We Are

Synapse Content Radar is a WordPress plugin developed and published by
TDX7. Our website is synapse.teddyx7.shop/. Questions about this policy
can be directed to support@teddyx7.shop.

What This Policy Covers

This policy describes how TDX7 handles data in connection with the
Synapse Content Radar plugin and the synapse.teddyx7.shop/ website. It
does not cover data practices of third-party services the plugin
integrates with, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or Google Analytics.
Each of those services operates under its own privacy policy.

Data We Collect

Through the plugin

Synapse Content Radar is an admin-only tool — it does not add anything to
your site’s public-facing pages and does not collect, store, or transmit
any data from your site’s visitors.

When you run an analysis, the plugin reads your own sitemap, any
competitor sitemap URLs you’ve configured, and any market-source RSS/Atom
feeds you’ve added, and sends that structured comparison data to your
configured AI provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Gemini) via a secure
server-side request. TDX7 does not receive, store, or have access to this
data. The response — your ranked content opportunities — is returned
directly to your WordPress admin. API keys are encrypted using AES-256
and stored only within your WordPress installation.

Through Google Analytics

When Google Analytics (GA4) is active on a WordPress site using the
plugin, the plugin fires a custom event (content_radar_run) when you
run an analysis. This event may include which AI provider was used, the
number of opportunities returned, and the gap-type distribution (High
Gap / Partial Gap / Covered). It does not include your sitemap content,
competitor data, or any part of the analysis itself. This data is
collected and processed by Google Analytics under Google’s own privacy
policy. TDX7 does not receive or store this data independently.

Through the synapse.teddyx7.shop/ website

Our website uses standard server logs. Billing and account management is
handled by Freemius, which operates under its own privacy policy. We do
not store payment card information.

Cookies

The plugin itself does not set cookies. Cookies may be set by Google
Analytics if active on your site, governed by Google’s cookie policies.

AI Provider Data Practices

When you connect your own API key and run an analysis, your sitemap and
competitor comparison data is transmitted to your selected AI provider.
You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the data practices
of the provider you choose.

  • OpenAI: openai.com/policies/privacy-policy
  • Anthropic: anthropic.com/privacy
  • Google Gemini: policies.google.com/privacy

TDX7 does not control how these providers process, retain, or use your
analysis data.

Your API Key

Your API key is encrypted with AES-256 before being stored in your
WordPress database. It is never exposed to the frontend, never logged,
and never transmitted to TDX7 or any party other than the AI provider it
belongs to.

Data Retention

TDX7 does not retain any data processed by the plugin. Sitemap and
competitor crawl results are cached locally within your WordPress
installation for up to six hours; market-source feed results are cached
for up to two hours. Analysis run history (opportunities and gap scores)
is stored in your own WordPress database and is removed when you
uninstall the plugin.

Children’s Privacy

Synapse Content Radar is not directed at children under the age of 13. We
do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this
page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the plugin
following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
