Getting set up

How do I install the plugin?

Download from your Freemius account or the WordPress plugin directory. In
your WordPress dashboard go to Plugins, Add New, Upload Plugin. Activate
and the settings page appears under the Content Radar menu.

Where do I enter my API key?

Go to Content Radar, then Settings in your WordPress dashboard. Paste
your API key into the provider field. Your key is encrypted before it is
saved and is never stored in plain text.

Which AI provider should I choose?

All three work well. Anthropic is the plugin’s default and tends to
produce the most usable editorial draft copy out of the box. OpenAI is a
great all-rounder. Google Gemini is a strong option if you’re running
analyses frequently and want the most cost-effective choice. You can
switch providers any time without losing your settings.

How do I add competitors?

Go to Content Radar, then Competitors, and add each competitor’s sitemap
URL — usually their homepage plus /sitemap.xml. The plugin follows
sitemap index files automatically, so this works even on very large
competitor sites.

Common issues

“Run Analysis” gives me an error about competitors.

You need at least one active competitor sitemap added under Content
Radar, then Competitors, before you can run an analysis. Add one, confirm
it’s toggled active, and try again.

A competitor’s sitemap won’t load.

Check that the URL points at the actual sitemap file, not an HTML page —
most sites use /sitemap.xml or /sitemap_index.xml. Some sites block
automated requests entirely; there’s no workaround for that from inside
the plugin.

My API key is not working.

Check that you have copied the full key with no extra spaces, and that
the key matches the provider selected. An OpenAI key will not work if
Anthropic is selected, and vice versa. Use the Test button in Settings to
confirm before running an analysis.

A market source (RSS feed) shows an error.

Some publishers change their feed URLs without notice. Use Find Feeds
again with the publisher’s homepage to re-detect a working URL, or try
their specific “Markets” or “Business” section page instead of their
homepage.

The opportunities don’t feel relevant to my site.

Go to Settings and fill in (or refine) the Editorial Focus field — a
sentence or two describing your site’s beat. The more specific this is,
the more the model filters out topics that are technically trending but
outside your lane.

Plans and billing

How much does it cost?

$35.99 per site, per month, with a 7-day free trial on your first
license. One plan — every feature included, nothing to upgrade into.

I run the plugin on multiple sites — how does billing work?

Each site is licensed and billed separately at the same $35.99/month
rate. If you’re managing many client sites, email
support@teddyx7.shop about volume pricing before purchasing licenses
individually.

How do I cancel?

Log into your Freemius account and cancel from the billing section. You
keep access until the end of your current billing period. Canceling
during the 7-day trial means you’re never charged.

I need a refund.

Email support@teddyx7.shop within 30 days of purchase. No questions
asked.
